CFTL is an industry leader in providing our clients with soil investigations that gather engineering data for Foundation Designs for new construction, soils data for Roadway Design, Groundwater Levels, Infiltration Rates and historic Seasonal High Water Table data for Retention Pond Design as well as Soil and Structure Subsidence studies. We were the first geotechnical firm in the area to own and utilize the combination of geophysical test methods (GPR) and geotechnical drilling methods to evaluate sinkhole claims. For the insurance industry alone we have evaluated over 3,000 sinkhole claims in the last decade. CFTL is vertically integrated and can provide clearing for access to drill sites; backhoe work for test pits; as well as our own drilling capabilities that include ATV mounted drill rigs, typical truck mounted drill rigs and small, compact, limited access drill rigs.
